| Kettle Art is located in the heart of the historic Deep
Ellum entertainment district. The gallery space is approximately 1,000 square feet in size
and geared for quality visual art presentation. Our windowed store front is visible to
both pedestrian and street traffic. The west wall features a hanging surface of 13' x 32' and the east wall has a 8' x 32' area. The back wall is 13' tall x 24' wide, but is slightly inhibited by a stationary 4' x 10' x 4' service area. All walls are white and mounted on the original brick surface. Portable two sided 8' x 8' partitions are also available if desired. The ceiling features 140 feet of lighting track, with six separate dimmer switches and approximately forty moveable flood lamps. For powering special needs such as entertainment, over a dozen wall outlets are placed around the gallery perimeter. Video works can be projected on three of four walls. DJ's are easily set up and ensembles w/ up to nine musicians have performed in our our facility. Seperate stage lighting is installed specifically for such acts. Whatever your needs, chances are we can meet them. |
There is a small storage area behind the showroom, with one rest room and a private patio located in the very back of the facility. Well lit, secure parking is available right next door to the gallery as well as metered parking on the street. If you have any questions concerning an event at Kettle Art, please don't hesitate to contact me. Frank Campagna - Artistic Director |
